Cost

Currently there is a $3.00 charge for all shipping under $50.00 on all products sold if your order is more than $50.00 shipping is free. There are occasionally sales where this may be or amended for the time of the sale.

Shipping Time frames

Most items will ship with-in 3-4 days from Rabid3dprinting. Please contact us if you need an item delivered by a specific date. For shipments in the United States, you should get your items within 10 days of shipping. When it is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number

Returns

In-stock necklaces and earrings are returnable within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, not including the shipping costs. Jewelry must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Please contact us before you send your return.

 

Apparel

PROCESSING/PRODUCTION TIME

All items are made on demand. This means that we only make your item once you have purchased it. We typically need 2-7 days to create your item(s), with more than 90% of orders being created within 3-4 days.

• Returns and exchanges are not supported for cases where customers ordered the wrong size, color, or changed their mind.
• Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged products or manufacturing errors.
• Customers need to contact Rabid 3D Printing within 30 days of product delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:

• In cases where customers receive damaged products or products with manufacturing errors, Rabid 3D Printing offers a free replacement or a refund.
• Customers must contact Rabid 3D Printing within 30 days of product delivery to initiate the replacement or refund process.

Confirmation of Issues Affecting Multiple Products:

• If there is an issue affecting multiple products that share the same design, customers will need to provide an additional photo or video that shows all affected items in one frame.
• This is required by Rabid 3D Printing for confirmation purposes before a replacement or refund is processed.
